The intake unit supplies air in the desired state into the car through the air conditioner unit. It operates in one of two modes, the recirculation mode, for circulating the air inside the car, and the fresh mode, for admitting air from the outside. An air filter removes the dust and pollen to improve air quality and enhance comfort. *Note: The air filter may be installed in the air conditioning unit. |

Calsonic Kansei's onboard blower motors are small and light. The integrated motors provide the lower noise required for air conditioners by incorporating a brush-based soft mount structure and improving the yoke rigidity. Large-capacity blower motors provide higher power output and high efficiency together with lower noise. They also occupy less space and have a longer service life. |

The air filter prevents dust from entering from the outside and provides a clean interior space. Calsonic Kansei provides a range of filters to meet the needs of the customer. They include an advanced dust collection filter for removing even fine pollen, and a deodorant filter for removing the odor of exhaust gases and animals from the outside. |
